Always wanted to make your own kombucha?

During Booch Fest on 6 September, Belgium Pekel will guide you through the basics of brewing kombucha at home. You'll learn everything you need to get started, from tea and sugar to fermentation, bottling and common mistakes to avoid.

You'll see how to set up your own brew, get a clear explanation of what happens at each stage, and go home with a recipe to start your own adventure. This workshop is perfect if you want to start fermenting your own refreshing and healthy summer drinks.
